Introduction to Selected Large-Scale Equipment Projects of Jinmin Group
JK-4×3 Widened Single-Rope Wrap-Type Large Mine Hoist
In 2010, Jinmin Group developed and manufactured the JK-4×3 widened single-rope winding-type large mine hoist for Gansu Yaojie Coal & Power Group, equipped with an NBD-1400 large planetary gearbox and a medium‑high voltage constant‑torque braking system. The unit was completed and delivered to the customer in early 2011, with installation and commissioning finalized by year’s end.
JK-4.5×2.5 Widened Single-Rope Wrap-Type Large Mine Hoist
In 2014, Jinmin Group developed and manufactured the JK-4.5×2.5 single-rope winding-type large mine hoist for Chicheng Coal Mine of Gansu Huating Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., equipping it with a ZZL-1400 large planetary gearbox and a medium‑high pressure constant‑deceleration braking system. The unit was completed and delivered to the customer in May 2015, with installation and commissioning finalized by year’s end.
Medium- and High-Pressure Constant-Deceleration Hydraulic Station
In 2010, Jinmin Group successfully developed a test bench for constant-deceleration braking systems and also successfully prototyped a medium- to high-pressure constant-deceleration hydraulic station. This equipment was supplied as an integral component of the JK‑3×2.2 mine hoist and shipped to Linfen Jinniu Coal Mine Investment Co., Ltd., part of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group. Following installation and commissioning at the mine site, the constant-deceleration hydraulic station has been operating normally.
JK-5×3 Single‑rope Winding Type Large Mine Hoist
In early 2017, a custom‑designed, oversized JK‑5×3 single‑rope winding type large‑capacity mine hoisting system was developed for the shaft‑construction phase of China National Coal Third Construction Group Co., Ltd. This complete set features a main shaft unit with a drum diameter of 5 meters and a width of 3 meters, a wire rope diameter of 60 mm, and a maximum static pulling force of up to 400 kN. The motor power is 2 × 1,600 kW, the reducer is a dual‑input P2‑325 model, and the hoisting depth will reach 1,500 meters, equipped with a medium‑high voltage constant‑torque braking system. The equipment was manufactured and delivered to the customer in October 2017, with installation and commissioning completed by year’s end.
JKM-3.25×4(Ⅰ) Tower-type Multi-rope Friction Hoist
In early 2013, Jinmin Group designed and developed the JKM-3.25×4(Ⅰ) tower-type multi-rope friction hoist for Huludao Bajiazi Mining Co., Ltd.; the drum adopts a split‑type structure, and the unit was completed and delivered to the customer by year’s end.
JKMD-3.25×4(Ⅰ) Floor-mounted Multi-rope Friction Hoist
In May 2013, Jinmin Group designed a complete set of JKMD-3.25×4(Ⅰ) floor-mounted multi-rope friction hoists for Huaidong Xinlian Mining in Huidong County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. This project was delivered as a turnkey solution, and the main equipment was installed and commissioned in June 2014.
JKMD-3.5×4 (III) Low-Speed Direct-Drive Multi-Rope Friction Hoist
In March 2013, Jinmin Group won the bid for equipment procurement at Ping’an Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Duanwang Group in Shouyang, Shanxi Province. In accordance with the technical requirements stipulated in the customer’s contract, the company independently designed the JKMD-3.5×4 (III) low-speed direct-drive hoist. This equipment employs an interference fit between the spindle and the motor’s tapered sleeve, eliminating the need for a gearbox. The unit was manufactured and delivered to the customer in April 2014 and successfully installed and commissioned.

JKMD-3.5*4 Type Floor-Mounted Multi-Rope Mine Hoist
The JKMD-3.5×4 floor-mounted multi-rope hoist at the Dongfeng Fusheng Coal Mine in Dahuangshan, Fukang City, Xinjiang, was delivered and put into operation at the end of December 2014.

The JKM-3.25×4 shaft‑type multi‑rope hoist of Henan Qinling Gold Mining Co., Ltd. was delivered and put into operation at the end of December 2014.
Introduction to Export Equipment
In recent years, Jinmin Group has expanded the scale of its overseas sales, with its products now exported to countries including Ukraine, Zambia, India, South Africa, Peru, and Morocco. In 2011, it exported five JD‑1.6/2.5/4 type dispatch winches and eight 2JP‑15/30/55 type ore‑raking winches; in 2012, one JK‑3X2.2 mine hoist to Zambia; in 2013, one 2JK‑3X1.5 mine hoist to India; in 2014, two 2JP‑75 ore‑raking winches to Peru; and also in 2014, one 3JP‑55 ore‑raking winch to Morocco.
Through the sale of its products in international markets, the company has strengthened friendship, mutual trust, and cooperation with numerous countries, elevated the product quality and market standing of Jinmin Group, and earned distinguished recognition for both the nation and the Group.
