Jinzhou Mining Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinzhou Mining Group) is a large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of complete sets of large‑scale mine hoisting equipment. Prior to its restructuring, the company was the Jinzhou Mining Machinery Plant, a state‑owned second‑class enterprise established in 1949 and designated as a national second‑level enterprise. It has long been the leading manufacturer of mining winches nationwide, a designated producer of large‑scale mine hoists, and a specialized plant in Liaoning Province for the manufacture of small and medium‑sized steam turbines; it was also formerly an enterprise under the former Ministry of Machinery.
Jinmin Group occupies a site of 143,800 square meters, with a total floor area of 90,000 square meters. From steel casting and forging to metal fabrication, heat treatment, cold working and metal cutting, as well as assembly and commissioning, the company boasts state-of-the-art process equipment and a comprehensive range of manufacturing operations, enabling robust capabilities in both hot and cold processing. It is equipped with nearly one thousand sets of large-scale machining and processing equipment, supported by a fully developed metrology system and advanced inspection facilities, and holds national Level‑II certification for metrology and physicochemical testing.
Jinmin Group operates a provincial-level specialized technical innovation center—the Liaoning Provincial Technical Innovation Center for Mine Hoists—boasting strong technical capabilities and extensive R&D experience. It is also a member organization of both the National Committee on Standardization of Mining Machinery and the National Committee on Mining Safety Standards.
Jinmin Group’s main product lines encompass eight major categories—mining hoists, mining loaders, mining screening equipment, port and marine equipment, cogeneration steam turbines, general‑purpose cranes, pressure vessels, and more—comprising 57 series and over 300 distinct models. Its products have been awarded the National Silver Medal, as well as provincial and ministerial quality honors, and have been recognized as Liaoning Provincial Brand Products. The company has obtained ISO 9001 international quality management system certification, rigorously adheres to and implements international standards, and its products are widely used across mining sectors, including coal, steel, nonferrous metals, gold, and tunnel construction. All mining‑related product lines have received the “Safety Mark Certificate for Mining Products” issued by the National Center for Safety Certification of Mining Products. These product families enjoy strong sales throughout China and are exported to countries such as Russia, Pakistan, Chile, Australia, South Africa, Vietnam, North Korea, Mongolia, Ukraine, and India.
Jinmin Group has been recognized for many consecutive years by provincial and municipal authorities as an enterprise that honors contracts and upholds its reputation. The company has also been successively awarded the titles of “Well‑Known Enterprise of Liaoning Province” and “Famous Brand Enterprise of Liaoning Province.” For two consecutive years, it was honored as one of the “Top Ten Industrial Enterprises of Jinzhou City,” and for five consecutive years, it received the designation of “Advanced Industrial Enterprise of Jinzhou City.” Furthermore, it is a “National High‑Tech Enterprise,” the “Liaoning Provincial Specialized Technological Innovation Center for Mine Hoists,” and a “Postdoctoral Research Base for Enterprises.”
