JK-5×3 Deep-well, Large-capacity, Single-rope, Winch-type Heavy-duty Mine Hoist
In early 2017, a custom-designed, oversized JK‑5×3 single‑rope winding type large‑capacity mine hoisting system was developed for the shaft‑construction phase of China National Coal Third Construction Group Co., Ltd. This complete set features a main‑shaft drum with a diameter of 5 meters and a width of 3 meters, a wire rope diameter of 60 mm, and a maximum static tension of up to 400 kN. The motor power is 2 × 1,600 kW, the reducer is a dual‑input P2‑325 model, and the hoisting depth will reach 1,500 meters, equipped with a medium‑high voltage constant‑torque braking system. The equipment was manufactured and delivered to the customer in October 2017, with installation and commissioning completed by year’s end.
